TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

I can communicate through any platform with DM services, I am most likely to respond fastest to Discord, ToyHou.se, and Twitter DMs.
I usually take weekends to cool off and focus on relationships with my family and friends, I will respond spaced out over the weekend, and late.
After I've started on a commission I do not accept character changes.
If you need the commission done by a certain time LET ME KNOW BEFORE I START WORKING! I may put a rush fee on your commission.
Prices may fluctuate depending on if the character is really complex.
When commissioning for an animation, the oc might be simplified if it's too complex.

MY RIGHTS

I may refuse any commission.
I may refuse to work with whoever for whatever reason.
If you buy a scammed/stolen design of mine I will not compensate you.

USAGE

You can repost my artwork WITH PROPER CREDIT IN THE POST
You may edit my artwork IF you are the COMMISSIONER/OWNER of that artwork
Do NOT use my art for NFT work
Do NOT use my art for Ai
I don't care about tracing as long as I'm given credit for it and the tracing is being used to improve your art and not posted.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

When commissioning me you are paying for personal usage. So commercial usage like merchandising is NOT allowed.
For commercial usage MSG me and we will come to an agreement. Either I will take a cut of sales or will take an upfront fee.

PAYMENTS

I use Paypal, Cashapp, and Ko-Fi
I only take payment in full before starting the commission

REFUNDS

I will only accept refunds if I haven't started on the art yet
I will only accept refunds if you've waited over 2 weeks and I haven't started

CHARGE BACKS

I will message you if I receive a notification for a chargeback, in case if there's been a mistake.
If you chargeback my work without reason after finishing the commission I will block, blacklist, and post a beware on you for unfarily charge backing my work.

HOLDS

I will do holds on any amount of money, but I don't do holds on commission slots. Since my commissions are always open there is no reason to hold a commission slot.
When buying a character for me I do not mind doing holds, I will reach out to you periodically asking about payment and when you plan on paying.
If a hold is cancelled on I expect 10% of the money for compensation on wasting my time on potentially selling a character to someone else.

CHARACTER PERMISSIONS

You may edit a design as much as you'd like but do NOT make separate toyhouse profiles for those designs, and I must be credited for the original design/work.
If a character design by me is sold offsite please offer them a toyhouse code so my designs are easier to keep track of incase of a scam.
You may not resell a gift/raffle design, retrading is okay but reselling them is not.Co owns are allowed
Promise-backs/Trade-backs are allowed, but I will not get involved in those disputes.

BLOCKING

When blocking me, or being blocked by me, you're not allowed to own my designs.
I do not often block people.
I am always okay with people asking me why they've been blocked.

BLACKLIST

If you are blacklisted you are not allowed to own any of my designs. If you owned designs by me before being blacklisted you must resell/retrade those designs as it makes me very uncomfortable for you to own them. This has always been in my terms of service and there is NO getting around it. https://toyhou.se/~rules#rule_3-3
If you are blacklisted you may not commission me, don't reach out to other people to commission me for you on your behalf, they will also be blocked and blacklisted if they were doing it maliciously.
If you are blacklisted you are not allowed to reach out to me unless you are reaching out to appeal your blacklist. I understand things happen and if you want to let go of past beef I would love to talk that through with you.
